Food-related charms are a category of charm related to the magical preparation of food.
History
Helga Hufflepuff was noted for her skill in food-related charms[1], and many of her recipes were still in use at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. Molly Weasley was also an expert at food-related charms, to the point where her son Ron was under the impression she could create good food from nothing (a magical impossibly, in actuality).[2] Hermione Granger, despite being well versed in a number of spells, was not particularly good at this sort of magic, which led to some difficulties during her, Ron, and Harry's hunt for Horcruxes.[3]
Queenie Goldstein is shown to be very talented in this branch of magic, preparing meals nonverbally.[4]
