The Foreign Affairs and Sports Department was an office of the Ministry of Magic that was responsible for foreign relations and international sporting events. It was most likely a sub-division of the Department of International Magical Co-operation and/or the Department of Magical Games and Sports, and it was responsible for the organisation of the 1994 Quidditch World Cup.[1]
