Fractcumulus was an employee of Gringotts Wizarding Bank.[1] This individual was responsible for issuing visitor passes allowing people "limited, escorted" access to the bank.[1] They also apparently handled transactions at the bank.[2]
Behind the scenes
- "Fractcumulus" is presumably an altered spelling of "fractocumulus." This term is used to describe low, wispy, somewhat bulging clouds which often appear under nimbostratus clouds when it is raining.[3]
