Professor Francis Nolan is a professor of phonetics at the University of Cambridge. He is also president of the British Association of Academic Phoneticians, and founder of the International Association for Forensic Phonetics and Acoustics. He is credited with the creation of Parseltongue for the films Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.[1]
