The funeral of Astoria Malfoy took place at some point in or after August 2019, commemorating the life of Astoria Malfoy, the wife of Draco Malfoy and the mother of Scorpius Malfoy, after she passed away from illness caused by blood malediction.[2]

During their brief conversation on the Hogwarts Express, Scorpius asked his best and only friend Albus Potter to attend his mother's funeral as his "good friend". As a result, Albus promised he would.[2]
