Gaston McAaron, founded in 1392,[1] was a Quidditch equipment shop located on Rue Girardon, next to Maison Capenoir.[2] The shop displayed art nouveau-style Quidditch supplies.[3][4]
History[]
In 1927, French wizarding newspaper Le Cri de la Gargouille reported Gaston McAaron donating Quidditch uniforms to young wizards and witches.[5] The same year, Newton Scamander performed the tracking spell near the store.[2][6] That same year, Gaston McAaron sponsored the Club de supporters de l'équipe Quafflepuncher de Quiberion.[7]
