Ghoul Studies was a class taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Despite it being a class in its own right, it was not a core nor elective subject, so it had to be extra-curricular or optional. This class was taught in a classroom in the Serpentine Corridor, located in the Hogwarts Turris Magnus.[1]
