Mrs Bingley was an American No-Maj woman and the wife of Gilbert Bingley, who lived in New York in the 1920s.[1]
Biography[]
In December of 1926, Newt Scamander had Frank the Thunderbird disperse Swooping Evil venom over New York by creating a rainstorm, in order to wipe the memories of a recent magical catastrophe from the city's No-Maj population. Mrs Bingley was brushing her teeth in the bathroom while her husband showered when this occurred. Her expression was described as becoming "vacant" and "carefree" as she lost the memories.[1]
