This golden jinx produced an unknown effect, though it was presumably offensive in some capacity. Arthur Weasley was capable of preforming this jinx.^[1]

Behind the scenes

In an early draft of the script for the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Arthur Weasley uses this spell to try and repel Nagini, but misses.^[1] However, as in the novel, Nagini strikes Arthur almost immediately after he draws his wand, before any spells can be cast.
