A Grow-Your-Own-Warts kit, also called a wart-growing kit, was used to grow warts on a person's body.
History[]
During the 1985–1986 school year, Merula Snyde found one of these kits amongst the confiscated items in Filch's office.[1]
Harry Potter got one of these in a Wizard Cracker on Christmas 1991, during his first year at Hogwarts.[2] It is unknown if he ever used it.
Behind the scenes[]
- The Grow-Your-Own-Warts kit was initially planned to make an appearance in the GBC version of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, but was ultimately cut. This item can be only accessed via GameShark cheat codes.
