This Quidditch game was played between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw during the 1988–1989 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Jacob's sibling and Jae Kim entered the Gryffindor common room during this match to search for the vault portrait, but were discovered by Percy Weasley.

For unknown reasons, the match had to be held for a second time, shortly after the Hufflepuff vs Slytherin match. During this match, Jacob's sibling and another student went into the Gryffindor and Ravenclaw Common Rooms.
