- "I've a lot of strange things growin' out in my near my garden; yer welcome to go take a look. Be careful mind - wouldn't go wanderin' round at night."
- — Rubeus Hagrid[src]
Hagrid's Garden[1] was behind Rubeus Hagrid's hut.
History
Plants found in the garden included Fire Seed Bushes[2] and Valerian Spriggs.[1] Harry Potter and Ron Weasley looked for ingredients for potions here for their classes.[2]
This is also where Hagrid hid the Leprechaun gold for Nifflers in one of his fourth-year Care of Magical Creatures classes during the 1994–1995 school year.[3]
In 1995, Bartemius Crouch Junior buried his father here, after murdering him and transforming his corpse into a bone.[4]
Behind the scenes
- Hagrid's Garden appears in many of the video game adaptations, but in specific versions:
- In Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, "Hagrid's Garden" is an area available to explore, when entering, the exterior of Hagrid's Hut with Rubeus Hagrid's pumpkin patch next to it were in sight.
