The Hall of Ministers was located in the British Ministry of Magic headquarters, and featured portraits of both living and deceased British Ministers for Magic, which would interact with employees and guests.[1]

By the time of the trial of Dolores Umbridge in at least 1998, the portraits of both Kingsley Shacklebolt and Cornelius Fudge were present in the room, suggesting that incumbent ministers could have a portrait added to the collection.[1]
