This charm (incantation unknown) is used to conjure flames that could be held in one's hand without burning them.[1]
History
Professor Remus Lupin used this spell on the Hogwarts Express on 1 September, 1993 when the train was darkened by the presence of the Dementors of Azkaban.[1]
