Hazel was a female unicorn who lived in the late 19th century.[1]
Biography[]
Before 1890, the witch Betty Bugbrooke came across Hazel when she was a golden foal, with Hazel immediately trusting and befriending Betty. Years later, when Betty was attacked by a pack of wolves, Hazel defended her, but was injured in the process. Betty enlisted the help of a Hogwarts student to find Hazel and take her someplace safe.[1]
