Heinrich Eberstadt was a Swiss wizard who was a delegate of the International Confederation of Wizards.[1]
Biography[]
On 6 December 1926, he attended an emergency meeting of the International Confederation of Wizards to discuss magical disturbances in New York, including the No-Maj Senator Henry Shaw Junior.[1]
President of the Magical Congress of the United States of America, Seraphina Picquery, rebuked his criticisms, noting that she would not be lectured by the man who let Gellert Grindelwald slip through his fingers.[1]
