The Herbology High Commission was some form of diplomatic mission from a Commonwealth nation located in Great Britain. It was specifically focused on herbology. The high commission gave out an annual award for literature, the Herbology Book of the Year. The known recipents of this award include Winogrand's Wonderous Water Plants by Selina Sapworthy.[1]
