A Hippogriff nest was a nest made by a Hippogriff. Composed largely of branches and made on the ground, it held a single large egg.[1]
History[]
In 1890, there was a Hippogriff nest, in which at least four Hippogriffs lived, on a cliff near Hogwarts Castle.[2] Mathilda Grimblehawk and her partner found a Hippogriff nest in the Old bell tower when investigating the attack on Gordon Horton.[3]
