This boy was a wizard and student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the 1990s. He and a boy from Hufflepuff blamed Harry Potter for being chosen as champion in the Triwizard Tournament in the 1994–1995 school year.[2]
He noted that Harry was not yet even seventeen, which had been designated as the minimum allowed age for any student who wished to enter the tournament.[2]
