Homing spells[2] (incantation unknown) were powerful offensive spells that followed their target with a constant speed after being cast. They caused significant damage to the target.[1]
Nature[]
They were similar in appearance to a floating ball of light, and could only be stopped when they hit their target, or when they hit an obstacle between them and their target.[1][2]
