This individual was a wizard who lived in Hogsmeade in the 2010s. He was the owner of an owl named Hootie.[1]
Biography[]
In the 2010s, his owl, Hootie, got sick enough that he was ready to hold a funeral for his old owl. Long Shouren, who at the time was hiding in Hogsmeade from Kellen Carrion and the Ministry of Magic, gave him medication to cure his owl and Hootie recovered.[1]
When Kellen Carrion cornered Shouren outside of the Hog's Head Inn, he tried to convince the villagers that Shouren had been harming their creatures. This wizard stood up to Kellen saying that Shouren had helped him and that the villagers didn't believe everything that Carrion said.[1]
