Human to polecat (incantation unknown) was a Transforming spell that transfigured a human into a polecat.[1]
History
This spell being used at the 1473 Quidditch World Cup final (upper right)
During the final of the 1473 Quidditch World Cup, all seven hundred fouls listed in the Department of Magical Games and Sports records were committed, including the foul of transfiguring a chaser into a polecat using this spell.[1]
