Hydriades was a male merperson who was active during the 2010–2011 school year.[1]
Biography[]
At one point, he saw a young Hogwarts student in a boat with a memory phial with her and she was singing. He saw her drop the phial into the lake on purpose and, when he tried to give it back to her, she wouldn't take it.[1]
During the 2010–2011 school year, when Kaliope and the unidentified Muggle-born Hogwarts student entered the Great Lake, Hydriades recognised Kaliope, presumably since he looked like his grandmother.[1]
