This infiltration of the British Ministry of Magic took place in the 1990–1991 school year. An unidentified Metamorphmagus arrived at the Ministry disguising as Reginald Cattermole, then cursed the enchanted windows to display a hurricane.[1] Later, amidst the chaos, a Portkey in the form of a sock was stolen.[2]
