The International Ban on Duelling was an international ban on duelling that was probably passed by the International Confederation of Wizards in, or previous to, 1994.[1]
History[]
In December 1994, the British Ministry of Magic seemed to have accepted it and attempted to convince other wizarding governments to do the same, as they were trying to convince other countries to agree to this Ban. Percy Weasley, working for the British Ministry, was trying to convince the Transylvanian Head of Magical Co-operation to sign it.[1]
