- "A report for the Department of International Magical Co-operation. We're trying to standardise cauldron thickness. Some of these foreign imports are just a shade too thin — leakages have been increasing at a rate of almost three percent a year —"

The International Magical Trading Standards Body was an office in charge of overseeing and assessing trading practices within the wizarding world, as well as passing international legislation regarding trading standards.[1]
History[]
Judging from Percy Weasley's report on the standardisation of the minimum thickness for imported cauldrons, this was where he was employed when he first joined the British Ministry of Magic in 1994.[1]
At some point in 2020, this division received several reports regarding caravans charged with the transport of Erumpent horns exploding before they reached their destination, thus prompting them to author and release a paper asserting that grating the horns made them far less versatile during said trip.[2]
