The Interrogation Room was at the bottom floor of the Magical Congress of the United States of America Headquarters.[1]
Layout[]
The Interrogation Room was small, bare, windowless and with black walls.[1] It only had three items inside it; a table, and one chair on either side of it.[2]
History[]
In 1926, Gellert Grindelwald (disguised as Percival Graves) interrogated Newton Scamander about why he was expelled from Hogwarts and his loyalty to Albus Dumbledore. Gellert also pulled out an Obscurial from Newt's case and asked why he had it. He then used this as a scapegoat to sentence Newt and Porpentina Goldstein to death for "trying to break the Statute of Secrecy".[1]
