A poster promoting the Invincible 750 Super

The Invincible 750 Super was a model of motorbike manufactured by Rosenbaum's in or prior to 1976,[1] which featured a three-cylinder, 45-horsepower engine and could reach a top speed of 112 miles per hour.[2]

Sirius Black had a poster advertising this motorbike in his bedroom at 12 Grimmauld Place during his youth in the 1970s.[2] It was still there in 1997 when Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger took refuge in the house following their escape from the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour.[2]

Notes and references

  1. The poster was found in Sirius Black's childhood bedroom at 12 Grimmauld Place in 1997, meaning that it must have been printed in or before 1976, since Sirius ran away from home in 1975 or 1976, and thus could not have acquired it at an earlier date.
