Ivan Renshaw was a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s.[3]

He competed in the school Gobstones tournament during the 1996–1997 school year.[3]
Etymology[]
The name "Ivan" is the newer form of the old Slavic name Іѡаннъ (Ioannu), which was derived from Greek Ioannes. It refers back to John, which means "God (Herbrew) is gracious".
Renshaw is a surname from Prestbury, Cheshire in England. The suffix shaw means "wood",so the whole name means "Ren-wood".
