The J.K. Rowling New Orleans interview was a book-reading, signing, and Questions and Answers event held in New Orleans on 19 October 2007. J. K. Rowling read from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows to 1600 public school children and answered a small set of pre-selected questions.^[1]
