This outfit was a formal outfit purchased by Jacob's sibling and Barnaby Lee on Barnaby Lee's grandmother's orders so they would look smart for the Lee Family Toast. They purchased it from a 'local supplier' alongside Barnaby Lee's formal outfit and wore it to the Lee Family Toast in the Leaky Cauldron. Afterwards, Barnaby's grandmother was so impressed with their Toast that she let the pair keep the outfits.[1]
