This suitcase was owned by Jacob Kowalski in 1926. It was used to carry his few choices of his quality baked goods.[1]
History[]
In 1926, Jacob Kowalski brought this case with him filled with his families baked goods to his in-person review of his loan application with Gilbert Bingley at the Steen National Bank.[1]
Soon after leaving the bank, the case was accidentally exchanged with Newton Scamander's suitcase and was taken to the Magical Congress of the United States of America. There, Porpentina Goldstein took the case from Newt and brought it to the Wand Permit Office where Tina worked at the time. Gellert Grindelwald (disguised as Percival Graves) wanted to investigate the situation. Tina thought she had Newt's case but the case was actually this one filled with Jacob's baked goods.[1]
Sometime later, after being obliviated, Jacob returned to working at the Moreton Dale Canning Factory. While leaving the factory carrying the suitcase in his right hand, a passer-by (who was Newt Scamander) quickly dropped Jacob's suitcase which was filled with Occamy egg shells and a letter.[2]
