Jacques Miskine was a Chadian wizard who played as the Seeker for the 2014 Chadian National Quidditch team. During the second day of the fifth match of the 427th Quidditch World Cup, Liechtenstein versus Chad, Miskine was so tired he did not notice a Snitch hovering over his left eyebrow for five minutes, and failed to capture it when he did notice as his reaction was too slow.
