Jacques Miskine was a Chadian wizard who played as the Seeker for the Chadian National Quidditch team.[1]
Biography[]
Miskine was born sometime in Chad. He likely attended Uagadou in his youth. At some point he became the Seeker for the Chadian National Quidditch team for the 2014 Quidditch World Cup. During his team's match against Liechtenstein, he was so tired, on account of the match going on for 3 days, that he did not notice the Golden Snitch hovering over his left eyebrow for five minutes, and failed to catch it after he did notice, as his reaction time was too slow. This ultimately caused Liechtenstein to win the match and Chad to be knocked out of the tournament.[1]
