Jalal Sehmi (fl. 1890s) was a potioneer and the proprietor of a potions shop in the Scottish Highlands during the late 19th century.[2] He often shared news and gossip with his customers.[3]
Biography[]
Once a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, his potions stand could be found in the hamlet of Lower Hogsfield. He informed the new fifth-year student of rumours of the area, including the attack on travellers by a goblin named Pergit, and the thief Catrin Haggarty, a member of the Ashwinders, stealing from local residents.[2]
