Identical twins James Andrew Eric Phelps and Oliver Martyn John Phelps are English actors best known for portraying the Weasley twins, Fred and George Weasley, in all the film adaptations of the Harry Potter films. They also lent their voices to the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (video game). Born on 25 February 1986 in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, with Oliver arriving thirteen minutes before James, they grew up with a strong passion for acting, participating in various high school productions together.

- The twins enjoy golfing, listening to rock music, playing Xbox and PlayStation, and acting.
- On a Harry Potter app for iPhone, both twins were sorted into Hufflepuff. However, on Pottermore, Oliver was sorted into Gryffindor while James remained a Hufflepuff.
- They are naturally brunettes, not redheads as their characters in Harry Potter.
- To distinguish between them, Oliver has a mole on the side of his neck, while James has a smaller, rounder face, and Oliver's face is straighter and longer.
- While filming Fred's death scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, James fell asleep on the floor, and the rest of the cast left him there while they went off to lunch.
