Jemima Collins (fl. 1890) was a witch and a newspaper seller in Hogsmeade that sold the Daily Prophet during the late 19th century.
Biography[]
She used the Sonorous Charm on her voice to capture people's attention, compelling them to buy her Daily Prophet newspapers. A student met her frequently in the 1890–1891 school year.[1]
