Jimmy Kiddell was a British wizard and wandmaker who owned the shop Jimmy Kiddell's Wonderful Wands in Diagon Alley. He is presumably an inferior wandmaker to Garrick Ollivander as most wizard children get their wands at Ollivanders.[1]
