John Constable (11 June 1776 – 31 March 1837) was an English Muggle painter.[1][2]
He was perhaps best known for his 1817 painting Flatford Mill (Scene on a Navigable River).[2] The Dursley family had a print of this painting hanging in the front hallway of their home by 1993.[3][4]
