K. Rammelle (fl. 1927) was a French wizard and the proprietor of Confiserie Enchantée de K. Rammelle, in Place Cachée, Paris. In 1927, K. Rammelle revealed the secret ingredient of his caramels in an interview for the newspaper Le Cri de la Gargouille.[1]
