Karl was a wizard who served the German Ministry of Magic as a waiter. He was also a follower of Gellert Grindelwald.[1]
Biography[]
In 1932, he participated in a plot to assassinate Vicência Santos with a glass of poisoned wine at the Candidates' Dinner, which ultimately failed, as Eulalie Hicks intercepted and exposed the wine before she drank it.[1]
