"I should warn you that I've never seen a wand like this before. My suspicion – as Professor Fig implied in his letter – is that it serves a unique purpose. I doubt you shall find much use for it otherwise."
Gerbold Ollivander[src]

The Keepers' wand[1] was a wand created by Gerbold Ollivander in 1891, after the new fifth-year student had completed the Keepers' trials. It was composed of artefacts from above their four Pensieves.[1][3]

History[]

Constructed by Gerbold Ollivander at the request of Eleazar Fig, the wand had the distinct purpose of giving the bearer access to the vault of the final repository, as well as constructing physical elements of ancient magic.[2] It was wielded by a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with the ability to see and use ancient magic.[1][2]

Shortly after its creation, Victor Rookwood ambushed this student in Hogsmeade and attempted to steal the wand, resulting in a duel where Rookwood was killed, as his own Killing Curse was rebounded onto him.[1] The wand was also used to grant the student and Eleazar Fig access to the room that held the final repository in Keepers' Caverns during the battle for the final repository.[2]

Ranrok destroyed the Repository and consumed the emotional magic that had been stored within it, but he was successfully defeated by the student. The student possibly reconstructed the Repository using this wand.[2]
