Kelly Whakkaarangapawarau was an Australian witch who played as a Beater on the Australian National Quidditch team.[1]
During the 1996–1997 school year, Whakkaarangapawarau's Chocolate Frog Card could be won by beating James Tuckett at a Quidditch challenge.[2]
