Auror Kit Persimmons was an Auror and, alongside his partner, Copper Conebush, one of the two main protagonists of The Detective Files of Conebush and Persimmons, a highly popular series of crime novels during the 1980s and 1990s.[2]
Biography[]
Persimmons, in his capacity as an Auror, was hunting down an elusive killer, and finally caught them with the help of the freelance detective Copper Conebush. The two would go on to work together and solve many crimes, including thefts, murders, and hunting down the Dark wizard Dr Goosander.
Behind the scenes[]
- Although it is possible that Persimmons was acting as an 'Auror-for-hire' like Webster Boot, it is more likely that they were employed by some sort of wizarding authority.
- As The Detective Files of Conebush and Persimmons mirrors The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Persimmons's counterpart would be Dr Watson.
