Lambeth Bridge is a vehicle and foot traffic bridge crossing the River Thames in central London.[1]
History[]
In 1927, Newton Scamander and Albus Dumbledore Apparated there from the Victoria Bus Station during their covert meeting to discuss Newt's travel ban and why Albus couldn't find Credence himself, and to give Newt a card to a safe place.[2]
In 1993, when Harry Potter travelled to the Leaky Cauldron on the Knight Bus, the bus crossed the bridge, where it squeezed between two London double decker buses.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
- In real life, this bridge was not built, open nor functional until 1932, so Newt and Albus on this bridge in 1927 is likely an anachronism, or that the bridge was built before 1927 in the Harry Potter universe.
Appearances[]
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (film) (First appearance)
- Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald - The Original Screenplay
- Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
