Lavender Ice Mice was a variety of Ice Mice invented by Ambrosius Flume with the help of Lenny Pindlebrook and Jacob's sibling for the Hogsmeade Street Fair. Initially envisioned as Peppermint Ice Mice, Jacob's sibling was unable to procure the Peppermint required for the recipe, so had to change the flavour for the final product.[1]
