Leander Prewett's mother (fl. 1889) was a witch in the late 19th century.[2]
Biography[]
She was mother to Leander Prewett, who, during the 1890–1891 school year, reported to the new fifth-year student how she had planted Chinese Chomping Cabbages during 1889 to ward off gnomes. While this was successful, it also left her honking daffodils in tatters.[2]
