"Lily's Theme" is a subtle orchestral piece accompanied with eerie vocals by Mai Fujisawa. The theme is related to Lily, Harry, and Snape and is the main theme of the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 soundtrack.

"Lily's Theme" begins with a dark sounding note, then a chilling and haunting reverberated solo by Fujisawa begins, then there's a sudden crescendo and decrescendo of cello, viola, and violin. The theme is then repeated and emphasised by the orchestra minus Fujisawa's vocals. It slowly builds up in volume, reaches its pinnacle, then the intensity and volume fades. It then goes down to pianissimo and stops.
