Lispenard Street was a street in the New York borough of Manhattan.[1]
J. & W. Friend, an auctioneering firm, had its offices at 64 Lispenard Street in 1926. William Friend, an employee of the company, was arraigned along with alleged accomplice John A. Haas on 6 December of that year for the crime of defrauding the Columbia Bank of over $100,000.[2][3]
