The Lookout Tower is one of the four towers surrounding The Quad. It overlooks the Stone Bridge and strongly resembles the Astronomy Tower. The first floor landing of the tower connects the First-floor corridor to the Stone Bridge.
It is located around the Quad, along with the Grand Staircase Tower, the Gryffindor Tower and the North Tower. Also, the Stone Bridge connects it to the Viaduct Entrance, on the first floor.[1] It is connected to the Left Long Gallery tower by a bridge.[2]
A staircase leads from the ground level of this tower to the dungeon level of this tower. The staircase is accessed from The Quad and serves as the entrance to the Entrance Dungeon.

Many Hogwarts students, such as Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger, used the first floor landing of the tower while going to the Stone Bridge.
