These luminous rosettes were among the merchandise being sold by saleswizards at the 422nd Quidditch World Cup.[1]
Description[]
They came in green or red (representing Ireland and Bulgaria respectively) and shouted the names of each teams' respective members.[1] The charms on them apparently were not designed to last very long, as Seamus Finnigan's rosette had already degraded to the point where its voice was "feeble and exhausted" by 1 September.[2]
